To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@lazymaisons.com.au if your return is accepted, you are responsible for any freight charges to return a product to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If our product is faulty, you can make a claim for product failures during the warranty period. We currently have a store opening special offer for a limited time only where all our products are guaranteed a 5yr warranty upon the date of purchase.
How? We are so confident in the quality and durability of our products that we can offer this to our customers. All our products have been stress-tested and custom-designed to withstand your working needs. However, please do not exceed the weight limits as stated in our product description. Any damage from exceeding the max weight load will not be covered by the warranty.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us of the problem within 2 working days of receiving the product and identify which product(s) are damaged by providing us with the following information:
- A detailed description of the problem with supporting photos and/or video evidence
- Proof of purchase, such as in the form of a tax invoice or order invoice
- The remedy you are requesting: a replacement or refund
Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted with instructions on how to proceed and be provided with a return label generated with our partner shipping company. Please do not attempt to return the item without approval from us.
A remedy will not be provided if products have been misused, mishandled, or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by us. If you are unsure of how to install our product, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to assist with further instructions. Once we have received your returned items, our team will assess the product for any damages. If the product is unused and in packed condition without any damage, a refund will be generated. The final refund amount will be the amount you paid; we will only deduct the cost of return shipping. It will generally take up to 2 working days to process and we will notify you once your refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
Yes, you will need an electric drill to install and secure the Lazy Maisons sit-stand desk.
There are a couple of the reasons why there are no pre-drill holes for the control box and switch.
- We provide our customers with options to install the control box wherever they prefer.
- We are not sure our customers are left-handed or right-handed thus we provide our customers with options to install the control panel wherever they want. Our control panel is also equipped with 3M tape.

I got a 220cm benchtop paired with this, absolutely love it.
Installation was pretty straightforward, ordered in the morning and was ready for pickup in a couple of hours.
The kit included all the necessary screws and some cable management 3m cables.
Standing desks are a game changer for sure, I can feel my back getting stiff when I sit at a normal desk, this is the opposite, it’s also got the bonus that I feel more energetic and engaged with my work. The 4 positions are great, I’ve got sitting normal, which I never use now, sitting with a tall stool, standing, and extra high so I can use a bosu or indo board to mix it up. I purchased a super heavy solid wood desk from bunnings for $150, it weighs 30kg, my desk setup is minimal, monitor, laptop etc. I got the Lazy Maisons Trio as it’s advertised to carry 140kg, it certainly feels like it can. Assembly is simple, I just had to drill a few holes in my custom table. I now have a setup that cost me $650 and if I bough it now would have cost $1200++ to get a solid wood top. Very happy, can’t recommend it enough!
