When you order a complete set of height adjustable desk (tabletop & table frame), these items are dispatched at the same time but packaged separately to ensure that your product is safe whilst in transit.

Please allow some extra time for the second item to be delivered if they do not arrive at the same time.

All Lazy Maisons product deliveries are provided by a third-party shipping company: Please track your order online OR contact the third-party courier directly. The courier might call prior to delivery to check someone over the age of 18 will be able to receive the item. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the packages, you might be charged a redelivery fee by the shipping company.

*During peak periods, over 85% of all failed deliveries at this time of the year are due to people not being home.

Most of Lazy Maisons’ products are dispatched within one business day.
The customer should input a complete and correct address upon checkout.
For efficiency in delivery, our system discourages cancellations after payment has been made.

 Your item will be shipped via courier or the Australia Post, depending on its package size and weight, within 5-10 business days. Customers will be provided with unique tracking numbers to monitor online deliveries.

- PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one meter
- Customers should provide the correct and complete delivery address and contact details upon checkout before payment.
