Shipping Policy of your Standing Desk, Standing Desk Frame, Desk Accessories and other Lazy Maisons Products
What to expect from your delivery: When you order a complete set of height adjustable desk (tabletop & table frame), these items are dispatched at the same time but packaged separately to ensure that your product is safe whilst in transit. Please allow some extra time for the second item to be delivered if they do not arrive at the same time.
All Lazy Maisons product deliveries are either provided by a third-party shipping company or our delivery team depending on your postcode：
- Via third-party couriers: customers will be provided with unique tracking numbers to monitor consignments; Please use this unique tracking number on the couriers' website to track your order.
- Via Lazy Maisons Delivery Team: customer will receive a text message to confirm delivery date, please kindly reply our message to confirm delivery. If you need to change delivery date, please kindly contact our customer service team within our business hour : Mon- Fri 9am-4pm excluding all VIC public holidays.
* During peak periods, over 85% of all failed deliveries at this time of the year are due to people not being home.
Please note: we have been advised by the courier company the COVID-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in delivery, as well as causing disruptions to their delivery operations. Your order might have a bit of delay for the delivery due to the short of staff from the courier company. We are doing our very best to get your delivery out to you
Shipping and Dispatch
- Most of Lazy Maisons’ products are processed within 2 business day.
- Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, customer will either receive an email or a text message regarding their order.
- For efficiency in delivery, we encourage all customer to input a complete and correct address upon checkout. Our system discourages cancellations after payment has been made.
- Your item will be shipped via courier or our Delivery team depending on your postcode. If via third party couriers, customers will be provided with unique tracking numbers to monitor consignments. Please use this unique tracking number on the couriers' website to track your order.
- PO Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than one meter
- Customers should provide the correct and complete delivery address and contact details upon checkout before payment. Changes to shipping details after checkout are considered invalid.
On items applicable for free shipping, deliveries are only limited within the metropolitan area based on the delivery postcodes. Delivery costs may apply to areas outside of Free Shipping zones.
